Troubleshooting
Issue: All four lights on the front of the Fuser are solid, but the monitor displays a black screen.
Steps to Resolve:
In both Windows display settings and your GPU’s application settings, set both displays to 1920×1080 resolution at 60Hz.
Restart both PCs by performing a full power cycle.
Disconnect your main monitor, then plug it back in.
Reconnect the Fuser properly, ensuring all three cables are securely in their correct ports.
Make sure the Fuser is powered on, then press the EDID button.
Wait approximately 30 seconds, then press the 1K60 option.
If the main display remains black, repeat step #3.
If your display is functioning correctly, gradually increase the refresh rate and resolution until you reach your desired settings.
