# How to get your DNA ID

1. Insert cable into Jtag/Update port
2. Open the Tool and head over to Retrieve DNA ID
3. Open the config and select either 35T or 75T depending on your card and Click Retrieve DNA ID
4. Click Copy and give it to us in a ticket and well build your FW

Congrats! you successfully grabbed your DNA
